I took my kids on a little adventure and decided to stop here. Worst choice of the evening! They wouldn’t let me order a pint of butter pecan said I had to get a concrete however, the pint is on their menu. They didn’t have pumpkin custard for a quart, so they did a large concrete even though I asked if it would be put in a quart container for freezing… it came in a plastic cup. All the custard was super runny and was not good. We ended up throwing away $35.
Phenomenal service from Patrick Burgess. He took our order, paid attention to every detail, was very knowledgeable and was very responsive. 10/10 for him.
Great customer service. My 5year old dropped her ice cream and they made a new one free of charge. Best experience at any custard shop experience ever. 5 out of 5 experience would go back again for sure.
