I have never in my life received the kindness I got from Tiesta during my visit the other day in any other customer service situation, ever. Kudos to her for being awesome. Arby's is lucky to have her.
This is the worst Arby's I've ever been too the service is so poor and food quality as bad I'm surprised they can remain open I can't believe the owner allows this the slum lord of Arby's
