I can’t understand why the coffee is always different . There is a standard measurement for a regular coffee ..medium is 2 pumps cream and 2 sugars .. large is 3 and 3 . Today as many times before my ice coffee is almost all cream. My coffee should not be almost white in a regular cold brew . The workers need to be all on the same page with consistency . Maybe it’s poor management . It’s very frustrating especially when you pay around $4 per coffee
I just don’t understand how anyone who can read can’t seem to get orders right. You ask for one thing and get something completely different. Then try to call and nobody answers the phone. No wonder they only get paid $8 an hour. Some of them don’t even deserve that much. Thanks for the terrible customer service
