April 18th 2024, I placed the order at 12.53pm. order number 20059. I waited till 1.25pm. My food was not served. All those who ordered after me were served. When I asked why the delay one lady was saying sorry, sorry but no explanation. I got a refund minus the cost of the drink which I had already taken and left the place, never to step in again. Incidentally this was my favorite joint for a quick meal by watching road whilst enjoying the sandwich.

First thing, did not get the usual “Welcome to Firehouse Subs” greeting. The older woman at the register was not very friendly, like she didn’t want to be there. I will say the other women making the subs were friendly but all the women were gossiping behind the counter about what I’m assuming were their coworkers . In the meantime the dining room and drink area was a mess. Instead of chatting, go clean your dining room! If you have time to lean, you have time to clean. I will say my sub was very tasty but I’m not sure if I will return. I’m not sure what happened but this place really went downhill.Dietary restrictions: They do have gluten free bread but it’s a $2.50 up charge.

I have been eating here at least once a week. Recently my order has not been correct. Today I ordered a club on a sub and got yellow cheese turkey and bacon with a large amount of mayonnaise sort of hard to take back if you order take out. I’m less likely to eat there now

Awesome food and love the place. The bad part is that it’s only in Vero and not where I live in Port Saint Lucie. No bad experiences here but lacking in the welcoming feeling you get when entering. I base this on a location in Knoxville, TN where the customer service was Grade A. Not to say it’s bad here but they could be better to get that 5th star.

Arrived 4 minutes after a DoorDash order came through. When I approached the counter I noticed the store was very busy with a baseball team and could tell they were a bit flustered.The store associates refused to acknowledge me and once I told them I was here for door dash, they immediately said “we can’t help you, we don’t have door dash order” the store completely brushed me off as if I was pissing them off for being there.They never even checked the actual computer and refused to check the computer for my door dash order and now I have spent over 15 minutes dealing with this situation to not get paid at all.You guys are the worst and need to do better with customer service

Outside seating was so gross, doesn't look like it was cleaned in a least a year. Got coupons in the mail, they wouldn't take them. Bathroom has been out of order for at least a month. Will never go to this location again.
