I have been eating here at least once a week. Recently my order has not been correct. Today I ordered a club on a sub and got yellow cheese turkey and bacon with a large amount of mayonnaise sort of hard to take back if you order take out. I’m less likely to eat there now
Awesome food and love the place. The bad part is that it’s only in Vero and not where I live in Port Saint Lucie. No bad experiences here but lacking in the welcoming feeling you get when entering. I base this on a location in Knoxville, TN where the customer service was Grade A. Not to say it’s bad here but they could be better to get that 5th star.

First thing, did not get the usual “Welcome to Firehouse Subs” greeting. The older woman at the register was not very friendly, like she didn’t want to be there. I will say the other women making the subs were friendly but all the women were gossiping behind the counter about what I’m assuming were their coworkers .
