“I had Jersey Mike’s for the first time today (7/25/25), and wow—I finally understand the hype. I’ve had hundreds of Pub subs and more than a couple dozen Jimmy John’s, but this one? This one hit different.
The bread was soft—but not too soft. It had that just-right chew with a light layer of cornmeal on the bottom that added the perfect touch. The turkey was incredibly moist, and don’t even get me started on that red pepper relish—I could honestly bathe in it. It’s that good.
The gentleman slicing the meat (wish I’d caught his name!) made my first visit even better. As soon as I said it was my first time, he offered suggestions, walked me through some fan favorites, and made me feel completely at ease. His kindness and enthusiasm stood out.
When I looked at the fresh toppings lined up in the case, I didn’t hesitate—I knew exactly what I wanted. And when I finally took that first bite, it wasn’t just lunch—it was a revelation.
