MIZU HIBACHI is a hidden gem with excellent service and super friendly staff, including a kind owner. The atmosphere is nice and the location is very clean. The large menu features food cooked to order in the kitchen, not at a hibachi grill. Meals like the chicken hibachi dinner entree are delicious, fresh, hot, and very well seasoned. The gyoza is incredible and authentic, with a unique sauce. Portions are large and plentiful, with very reasonable and affordable prices. Food is ready quickly, often in about 20 minutes. The front door being open can be a little distracting, and there is not much space inside for dining. It is a consistent and great find, highly recommended for a delicious meal that won’t disappoint.
