I love the food. It's delicious and the kicken ranch is a must try. Delivery has always been pretty quick and the people who have taken the order have been great. The reason for only 4 stars the first time I had a sandwich delivered the gentlemen was not very pleasant. No hi , bye ty, or have a great day. Compared to the other 5 Jimmy John's I've been to this is by far the best. This Jimmy John's is clean, the workers are friendly and caring, and this location has prompt good service. The food is fresher than the others as well. I would recommend this location!
My biggest problem with this store is that they aren't allowed to deliver past 66th Street yet they can have deliveries made all the way over to the Cleveland Clinic area. I have talked to them several times about this and all I get is that it's company policy. There are a lot of people who would order from them if the company would just change that policy. I wonder if they have any idea how much money they are losing.
