Love Applebee's food, however their car-side to go is terrible. The last three times l ordered online they said the food would be ready in 30 minutes. l normally arrive at the resturant about 30 to 35 minutes after l order. I end up waiting in my car anywhere from 20 to 30 minutes. I even call them after a 15 minute wait to see whats going on and l get the same response"your food will be out right away. l alway leave a 15% tip, but guess that doesn't matter. Done with Applebee's!!
Just had the 8 oz top sirloin with loaded mashed which I had never had and added shrimp and everything was delicious. Steak cooked perfectly and thank you to my server, Carrie for suggesting the loaded mashed which, yummy!!!!

The restaurant features half-price apps after 10pm, making it a fun hangout spot for friends. The servers are friendly and down-to-earth, with some being especially amazing like David and Anna. The atmosphere is great, making it a wonderful place to get out of the house and enjoy a delicious meal. However, there have been some concerns about the overall experience, as some customers feel the place has changed and lacks certain amenities, like crayons for kids. Despite this, many appreciate the prompt seating and special accommodations offered, showing that management is attentive to guests' needs.
