I spent a lot of time going from North Florida to South Florida. On the road. Panera is the only place that I would rate a five star atmosphere people service is excellent. She gives you a home feeling.

After viewing an episode on live TV, of an encounter with a customer that the police were called due to a customer asking for correct change, I decided to check the reviews for this location, I was surprised to see the number of reviews that mentioned the treatment from the manager at this location, I also noticed that the corporate offices never seem to address these complaints online, the way the manager acted on camera during a national TV show, was the same as the multiple reviews, as a consumer, there is no way of spend money in a business that allows this type of management, be aware of where you spend your money....Kid-friendliness: Hire managers that knows how to treat peeple.

I don’t know if they changed the Mac and cheese recipe but this is not how it normally looks. I also asked for them to toast the bread on my chicken salad sandwich and they apparently didn’t toast the bread but heated the chicken salad? Pretty disappointed especially with the prices being as high as they are.

I recently placed a takeout order at Panera Bread, hoping for a better experience than my previous encounters at this location. Unfortunately, my optimism was met with disappointment. My pick-two order lacked the requested bread, a recurring issue, but at-least it was the right order. Moreover, the spoon provided was unexpectedly sharp and cut my mouth open. It's disheartening when simple requests are overlooked, and the quality of utensils becomes a concern. I recommend double-checking orders or exploring alternative dining options

They don't have hot water available for the sip club. So you can't get any teas.But nice staff!
Ordered the Buffalo chicken melt Baggett to go. Got it home to find there was minimal chicken on it. I'm talking crumbs of chicken at best! No cheese and a squirt of Buffalo sauce. I will never step foot in here again. To think I paid $11.00 for a Baggett makes me fume!

Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. Cashier has poor communication skills, seems as if she was being bothered when asked for simple directions or assistance. Food was left on back counter as if I was going to say the name and I was going to steal it. So the food prep staff asked to see my phone. This was very unprofessional and tacky. Please do better Panera

The food at Panera is fairly good, but I just can't justify it for the price. I spent almost $50 on 2 soups and 2 halves of a sandwich. It was good but not THAT good ? And if you dine-in past 5PM, be prepared to be blinded by the sunlight that comes through the windows. They had blinds for that very scenario, but several of them weren't working properly and the staff were too busy with the drive thru to mess with them, so I just busted out my sunglasses ?️

Good quality items which all seem fresh, and the restaurant itself is very clean & comfortable. Items can be more expensive than other options nearby, however that is to be expected for the quality. Definitely join the sip club free for 2 months before going to get free drinks.
