Kudos to the crew at this location! My daughter brought home dinner and realized a flatbread was made incorrectly. I took it back to the store where the manager, Seth I believe, handled it very promptly and with a great smile. Halfway through my order being remade my daughter texted to to let me know it was a different location that she had gone to! We were actually pleased to see a staff member wiping the fingerprints off the doors as we walked in. Seeing hundreds of handprints and fingerprints on the entrance doors is such an immediate turnoff—it makes the business feel uncared for and dirty before you even walk through the door. The entrance is the first impression, so keeping those doors & windows clean really makes a difference!

Wow, this is my first and last experience with panera stopped.In order the sandwich, apparently it's not burger king, you can't get it your way.I asked for certain toppings, none of them were available. $23 for a half a sub, a bowl of soup and coffee.Way too much money for something that tastes marginally better than hospital food.
