“Yummy food all the time!!!“

“Quick service the only thing was to get help everyone will be in the kitchen or just cleaning. Touchpad ordering does cut communication short which can be a great or bad thing. I ordered a ice tea and the machine ran out to call an employee to help took a minute because again everyone’s elsewhere. You order your food on the touchpad go take a seat and wait to be called. The atmosphere was easygoing menu was simple and so were instructions. Food was as expected simple and tasty.“

“Sergio's Lake Washington Plaza location catered lunch for our New Home Buyer seminar with Cori Williams, Mortgage Originator, at the Dennis Basile - D. Basile Real Estate office. The Chicken Tinga was so moist and flavorful, definitely my favorite. Fresh made chips served with queso topped off this special lunch. Sergio's staff were kind, professional, and on time. With 3 locations, you can find one that is convenient and get some great food.“

“Today we came in and the host was not the brightest! My elder mother walks with a walker and the host took her down the most narrow path and watched as she hit every chair and then didn't even orfer to help or move them. Of course this instantly upset us all. Then she left the menus on the table and walked away as my mother was still walking up the ramp! We sat down and the waiter came over, Marcus P he was absolutely amazing 👏 listened to my mother as she told him how embarrassing that was for her and how upset she was and he just listened and completely went ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR OUR TABLE. “I’m in this location at least one day a week. The problem that I have with this location is one particular employee in his name is JAIR. I have no other choice but it stop coming to this location and going down to West Haven. I really hate this because this one’s like five minutes from my house this employee does Burger King a disservice. He has absolutely zero customer service skills. It is as if we are troubling him to ask if we can get some ketchup. The list could go on and on just in the past month I have had four bad experiences with this one gentleman the food is always exceptionally great here but they need to lock him in the back cooking and never allow him to interact with customers ever again.“

“My friends and I had a lovely dinner at Gregory's. We had a reservation and were seated immediately.This restaurant has an old school steakhouse vibe. For appetizers we ordered and shared the Lobsteraki, the Calamari and the Lamb pops. All three were exceptional. I ordered the Bronzino from the Special menu. It was a real trat and more than I could finish in one sitting. I brought it home and enjoyed it for lunch the next day. My friends had the Delmonaco Rib Eye and the Shrimp Alfredo. They enjoyed theirs as well. For dessert we had Key Lime Pie and chocolate cake. Both were exactly as expected, sweet and delicious. I definitely will return here when I am back in the neighborhood.“

“My husband and I “discovered” bahn mi this year while visiting California. We’ve tried it at about six or more places since from coast to coast and even up in Western New York. We were over at HomeGoods last night and came across Paris Bahn Mi by accident. We ordered the pork bahn mi and the combination pho. The sandwich may have been our favorite bahn mi so far! The bread was super fresh and the amount of pork was exceptional, flavors were excellent. Be aware that the jalapeños were not playing! 🥵 The pho was also very good!“

Food is amazing, Service is amazing. Your staff is amazing. However this place is expensive. $50 for two people to eat? That is nuts. Staff doesn't control prices, so I'm not knocking a star. I honestly don't know how a family of 4 or more could afford this place.“

Great attitude. Food was nommy! They even had 6 turkey meals left at 430pm

Can't say the same for a younger lady sitting in the Corner wrapping silverware and complaining loudly about having to work alone and being here since 8am and it's 530
Doesn't say much for how clean the silverware is as she is playing on her phone
And my silverware was dirty

“Ive been going here since it was IHOP back in the 90s. Changed owners and names a few times, but i must say the quality may have switched but it didnt decrease. This place has a great menu. The waitresses are friendly. All of them. The woman who has been there since TJs is as pleasant as the day is long. The cook is great. Shes hustling her butt off and making great dishes. I got there often.“

“Ran into the pier when a sudden rainstorm hit, and had some delicious drinks and fries while we waited for the rain to pass. The bartender was friendly, and the service was fast. I highly recommend the chowder fries. I admit I was a bit skeptical, but they were amazing“

“This is a great location, it is well kept, it has a very large dining area, the biggest I have ever seen! The food is good- BUT, what absolutely makes this location, is the staff! They are professional, they work phenomenally together as a team- you can literally see & feel the good vibes!
Denitra (apologies for misspelling 😩) is a real life angel on this earth! She is courteous, professional, has an amazing attitude & you can tell she brings all the positivity, every day. That woman could run the place herself, and ANY company she chooses to work for is lucky to have her on their staff.
In this day & age, what makes or breaks an establishment is the staff- this team makes this location, hands down!
I hope Wendy’s is aware that they have an entire group of assets to their company- they deserve recognition, AND a raise!
