“My wife, mother-in-law, and I enjoyed a fantastic Mother’s Day brunch at Edward’s in Rosemary Beach. They’re typically only open for dinner, but we were fortunate to experience one of their special daytime brunches—and it was a standout from start to finish! Jimmy, the GM, welcomed us and had us seated quickly on their covered patio, which was perfect even with the steady rain. The chef created a beautiful brunch menu for the occasion, and our server, Kiyonta, was friendly, attentive, and full of great recommendations. We started with Deviled Eggs, the Seasonal Fruit Plate, and the Caesar Salad—each dish fresh, flavorful, and elegantly presented. For our entrées, we chose the Shrimp and Grits (incredible!), the Lox and Avocado, and Edward’s Omelet. Every bite was delicious, and the plating was as impressive as the flavors. We ended our meal with a trio of desserts: the housemade ice cream sandwich, crème brûlée, and key lime pie. Each one was delightful, but the ice cream sandwich may have stolen the show. “Located on the first floor of the Pearl, prolly not a better spot location wise to dine in Rosemary. The patio is one of our favorite spots. Small menu but good. I've had the filet a few times and it's good along with the oyster apps. I'm a southern guy and love the bread offering - cornbread! I can't remember our waiters name but he was fantastic, highly recommend to try it out.“
