“Our server Jenise was great. She brought us plates and extra napkins with our mozzarella sticks without our need to ask for them. I wanted my Asian shrimp bowl to be less spicy than they usually make it and she had the cook make it perfect to my taste. Thank you Jenise...great service makes our day go smoother! “The only time the food is really hot and fresh is when they first open up for lunch and when also the manager Janet is working there if you go there in the afternoon or after lunch don't expect to get something hot and fresh I think the Burger King would be upset if he knew what was going on in his restaurant. Attention Burger King managers and owner since Janet goes above and beyond her position she needs to have a raise maybe even a higher position if that's possible think about your employees your employees are the ones who keeps your business going.“

“I paid for four wristbands for free Frosty’s. The cashier could not find the wristbands so I told her I would go shopping at Walmart and come back and pick them up at that point. I have waited about 15 minutes for her to find them. Went to Walmart came back. She did not acknowledge that I was even standing there. She left to go on her break without saying anything I asked to talk to the manager. No one wanted to let me know who the manager was. Finally, the manager came out she had been working the drive-through. I explained the situation to her that I needed the wristbands because I had already paid for them. She said OK went back to work, and the drive-through never offered to give me my money back or the wristbands, so essentially, the money was just stole from me. I waited another 15 minutes and just ended up leaving.“
