His focus on making sure customers feel taken care of. As a Mediator, I work with people every day who struggle with hard conversations, and Brian handled ours with care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism. Although I haven’t yet tried this location, Chicken Salad Chick will absolutely have my business because of the way I was treated by the owner.“
