I've ordered from this restaurant for years- and the trend has been downward over the past year. Food has been under-cooked while the service has succeeded or failed- based on how many kids were on staff (and didn't care). I've ordered by phone or online, drove to pick up my order, and drove home, only to find the food was terribly prepared. To make matters worse, I now have to take time to call, complain and then drive back over, hoping that this time- my order will be correct....read full review
