I was having some issues with my mobile order, and instead of just moving me along, Desmond went above and beyond to help me navigate the app and complete my order with ease. His patience and professionalism truly stood out—he’s such an asset to Chick-fil-A! Because of his outstanding customer service, this definitely won’t be my last visit.“

“We tried Slim Chicken today for the first time. Friendly service from all the employees & the food was delicious. Hubby had the chicken tender meal & I got the spinach wrap with grilled chicken.“

“This is the best chick fil a we have visited. We went at noon on the first Saturday in January. There was no wait in the drive through. There were parking spaces available. We ordered sandwiches, chicken nuggets and fries. Our food was ready immediately. I think we only spent five minutes there. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. And our food was packaged well- with the nuggets and sandwiches in two different bags. We were on a road trip, so this helped a lot. We could pass the nugget bag to the kids in the back. We asked for extra sauce and they gave us extra in a bag. 👌 The food tasted excellent. The peppermint shake was yum. I highly recommend.“

“I can’t even put into words what an awesome experience we had here! This restaurant has been in my neighborhood for awhile now and I never got around to giving it a try. Well last night my cousin planned a surprise party here for her boyfriend, and WOW, I can’t believe it took me so long for me to visit this place. Where do I begin? Service was TOP notch. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The first girl who sat us in the room was kind enough to turn the a/c up because it was freezing. She also brought menus and checked up on us often while our group started rolling in. Then our server (a blonde young woman with a hat and ponytail) was also so fun and friendly the entire night! She’d be singing along with us while bringing in food and taking our orders. 🎶 it was really such a great experience with service. Then the atmosphere, that room we rented is awesome!!! I’m not sure how they are able to contain all of the noise and craziness from the outside but somehow they do. & we all had a blast! The multiple screens, the art, the seating and tables, it’s perfect 🤩 Lastly, the food. I’ve been to a lot of wing places but I think these are by far the best wings I have ever had. They are juicy, flavorful and pretty large. The dumplings, kimchi…perfection 🙌🏽👏🏽 If you have been contemplating coming here, please do! You will not regret it. Also, if you need a fun place to have a party with friends, this is it!!!“

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. The menu offered a great variety, and everything we ordered was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious—fresh ingredients, well-balanced flavors, and generous portions.

Service was prompt, and our server made excellent recommendations that really elevated the meal. “It’s pretty solid at this location. I like to get two scoops of salad, as when I have gotten the bread in the past it has been stale. I really love having this restaurant around though, there are many different cool flavors if you’re into all that.“

“Fries were not full barely any suaces were given and no straws in the bags. 100.00 order price is getting out of control. quality is as good as mc donalds anymore. you partner with Doordarshan which was over 14.00 in fees. yet grubhub I find out has free delivery for prime members.“

“Canes Chicken is the best! The people behind the counter are great! I would give a 5 star review except A. They need to move the dumpster and/orr have an employee constantly power washing it with a good smelling cleanser. At 94 degrees the chicken scraps are rotting fast. The parking area smells horrible. B. Someone staying on top of wiping down tables would be an improvement. I will be looking forward to these problems being solved on my next visit.

Update: The dumpster problem was fixed (of course it’s no longer 94 degrees outside). We keep coming back for the delicious food, but it always to cold and too loud to eat inside. Today there was hardly anyone eating inside and all the outside tables were taken. That’s proof that the inside atmosphere is not desirable.“

“I am not one for writing reviews, however, Korean Fried Chicken (kFC) was the best fried chicken I have ever eaten, the taste compelled me to express my joy & excitement.
My friend & her mother was in New Tampa for a Doctor's appt, stopped by Home Depo, then decided to shop in Lotte Plaza Market. There they spotted KFC & decided to try it. They came back telling me how the chicken had them licking their fingers. I just had to make my way there & try it. I am so glad I did. I will be making the drive often just to buy the chicken & enjoy the Market's atmosphere. It truly earned the highest rating. Try it, you will definitely love it. I guarantee it. 💯“

“My husband and I took a road trip to FL. We were staying in Tampa and i wanted to try some Chinese food. Boy am I glad I stopped here. Hands down the best BBQ boneless ribs combo. The pork fried rice was flavorful, and the pork was chopped in thin pieces just how I love eating it and service was quick. I could eat that combo every day. It did not disappointment me.“

“This was such a fun new designed ChkfilA. 3 drive thru lanes one solely for Mobile orders. Jeronimo was very informative and helped me to decide if I wanted to try the new Cherry Berry and it was so good! We went late evening after leaving the ER they do close at 10pm now. They have walk up windows and outside tables and lots of lot parking. Cute little place! 5 star!“

“This is not your typical Chick-Fil-A, unfortunately they do not carry seasonal items like the peppermint milkshake, nor do they carry the Mac and Cheese. If you decide to come, make sure you have at least 20 minutes, as the food is made upon order. This location does have an occasional cashier, but most is self checkout kiosks powered by GrubHub. You could also use the app, but I have not found that bravery yet.“

“The drive thru is busy, busy. The place uses the business model they adopted during COVID with two line of cars, and efficient employees taking orders in line. I went inside and was the first one in line. I waited about 3 minutes for Andy to help me, but it was a lot faster than waiting in the car line. I passed on the very tempting banana pudding milkshake, frosted coffee milkshake to go for the diet version of the Sunjoy, unsweet iced tea and diet lemonade. You cannot go wrong with grilled chicken nuggets. Several wheel chair access parking spots. This place is all wheel chair access as well as the bathrooms. Great service. I heard a rumor that I can get free tea refills but I didn't have time to stay today.“

“I came to this location about a week or two ago and the atmosphere was amazing. The front staff greeted me right away, and Nola (or Noola) and Luis and this SUPER tall gentleman were all super sweet and welcoming. I ordered the grilled chicken with mac & cheese and it was AMAZING. Seriously superb. I came back the next week and the energy was still just as great. Definitely my new favorite place!“
