After looking at the menu, we decided to order a filet, which we anticipated would be the highlight of our meal. However, a minor mix-up occurred when our order was mistakenly placed for a New York strip. What could have been a frustrating experience was handled with remarkable grace and professionalism by the staff.

Instead of leaving us waiting idly, our server stepped in with a genuine apology and ensured that we were well taken care of throughout the mishap. To keep the experience enjoyable, they graciously offered us another drink on the house and presented the New York strip for us to enjoy in the meantime. This thoughtful gesture transformed what could have been an annoying situation into a highlight of our evening.

Hats off to our server, who maintained a positive attitude and went above and beyond to ensure our satisfaction. The manager on duty also played a crucial role in making us feel like VIPs, attending to our needs with a level of care that is sadly rare in the dining world today.
