By far, the best Chipotle I’ve been to in a while. There was very little wait time, everything was fresh, and Carly was very friendly and helpful, making sure everything was correct. I will definitely be coming back soon.
I’ve been pretty disappointed with this chipotle lately. I’ve been out of town for work in this area and enjoy chipotle but Every time I pre-order from here there’s always a problem with my order, whether it be missing something or little to no portions. never juice available. but the food is good and well cooked. This Chipotle Mexican Grill has received mixed but overall promising reviews. One reviewer called it the best Chipotle they had been to in a while, with very little wait time, fresh food, and friendly and helpful service, making sure everything was correct. Another had been disappointed lately, with problems with pre-orders, missing something or little to no portions, and never juice available, though the food was good and well cooked. That reviewer recommended avoiding this one and going to the one on Melbourne, noting staff mentioned the manager doesn't care about bad reviews. An update later said the experience was extremely impressive and well fed, everything was correct, and the pick up order was even finished early even though they were packed.
Another reviewer, coming an average of three times a week for eight years, said this was by far the best experience at any Chipotle location. The chicken was noticeably better than any Chipotle before, perfectly cooked and seasoned. The positive energy spread throughout the entire restaurant and genuinely changed the atmosphere. Another reviewer described a long line and only one line prep taking orders and prepping all the way down the line, and a burrito that was a mess, thrown down and walked away from, and thrown away. A redo was provided without charge, making the night. Another reviewer, picking up an order from drive thru, was greeted with a warm smile, very polite, and impeccable customer service, 10/10 customer satisfaction. One more had a really good experience, with friendly staff, quick service, fresh and well prepared food, everything made correctly, and a clean and organized restaurant.
