It was a to go order…they didn’t put in the cilantro garlic sauce that I asked for. I’ve had issues with this location when going through the drive through. I want the Tropichop with sauce drizzled on it…they refuse to do it…they give it to me in cups. I also don’t order from here through GrubHub because it doesn’t let me take off the beans.
I recently visited Pollo Tropical and had a great experience. The chicken was really good—juicy and flavorful. The rice and black beans were spot on, complementing the meal perfectly. I also love their sauces, especially the pineapple one, which was excellent. While the sweet plantains and yuca frita were good, they didn’t quite hit the mark to be great. Overall, it's a solid spot for a tasty and satisfying meal.

I realized a long time ago that every restaurant, you go to want have the same staff or cooks. The food at this particular establishment was ok but not great like the other Pollo Tropical restaurants. I always give places a second shot but this establishment wasn't as good the second time around either. It was just ok for me. Nice and pleasant staff/great atmosphere though. That I will give 5 Stars.
