The place and the food are absolutely amazing!
Wow this place is beautiful! The GM Geovany and the bartenders Max and Abraham made my visit extra special. Make sure to get the brisket and corn ribs! Between the staff and the great atmosphere we will definitely be back. Lots of TVs for the upcoming football season too.
This is the perfect spot to relax and hang out with friends or family.

Based on the reviews, Austin Republic Dixie is a fantastic BBQ spot in North Palm Beach. The food is amazing, with delicious pulled pork, perfect brisket, and queso. The brisket has a perfect bark and the best mixture of fat to meat ratio. Other highlights include the Birria quesadilla, brisket melt, Taquitos, and ribs. The side dishes, from the pickled onions to the collard greens, are outstanding, and the beans are so good a double order is needed. The cocktails are some of the best, including a beet cocktail, and there are complimentary adult beverages while waiting. The atmosphere is fun and fresh, with a huge bar and great prices. The service is top notch and the staff is super friendly. The restaurant offers large portions and variety, and kids enjoy the claw machine. It is hands down the best barbecue in Palm Beach County, and a must for authentic BBQ.
