“I was pleasantly surprised with this chipotle! As a former Chipotle employee of many years ago, I’ve been increasingly disappointed with the quality control of the company as a whole, especially with the new stores. However, this store don’t play! I hope they get some good attention from the district managers soon. The vintage logo and branding made me nostalgic, and the food tasted exactly like it did back in the day! Full of flavor, with perfect rice and guac (: even the sweet tea was perfect! I looked in the back and they have somebody’s mama on prep, I said that’s why it’s so good! lol.

I live out of town but next time I’m in West Palm I’ll be back to this location.“

Carmel is hands down the BEST part of my Chipotle runs. Every single time I pull up, she’s already got my order ready, accurate, and on time like clockwork. It’s honestly impressive. You can tell she takes pride in what she does.

But what really stands out is her attitude. Carmel always greets me with a genuine smile and positive energy that instantly makes my day better. Even when it’s busy, she stays calm, friendly, and professional. That kind of consistency is rare.

Great service isn’t just about getting food fast — it’s about how you make people feel. Carmel makes customers feel appreciated. She represents Chipotle in the best way possible.
