“I visited here on June 23rd at 8:50 pm. My food ticket has the name Fabiola on it so I'm assuming he is the man that took my order. I am on oxygen and was gasping for air by the time I got inside the restaurant. It was obvious to anyone looking that I needed to catch my breath and needed a few minutes. The man behind the counter ( Fabiola ) taking orders immediately asked me if he could help me. I asked him to give me a minute to catch my breath (while still trying to recoup). He stood there staring at me like he had some place to be !!! After a few minutes I approached the counter and said hi how are you doing ?? He did not greet me back !! He asked do you want a bowl ?? I stated yes and he went through the questions they normally ask. He never said thank you, have a good night or anything else. He really needs to go back through training and learn what it means to work with the public and be courteous. I don't know if he was having an off night or what. I know people go through things but if it hadn't been so late and I didn't have my great grandson out later than normal I would've walked out and went elsewhere for food.“
“I had a great experience at the Chipotle near Palm Beach Lakes Blvd & Okeechobee Blvd! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean, bright, and welcoming. The interior has a cool industrial vibe, and I especially loved the large artistic wall piece near the fountain of drinks, as it really gives this location some personality and makes it stand out from other Chipotles.
The food was fresh and generously portioned. The chips were warm, crisp, and perfectly salted, where you could tell they were made in-house because they had that light, slightly bubbly texture and just the right crunch. Chipotle without a doubt has the best tortilla chips!
I ordered a burrito, and it was packed with flavorful ingredients. The brown rice was well-seasoned and fluffy, the beans were tender, and everything was layered evenly so you get a little bit of everything in each bite. The lettuce and corn salsa were fresh and crisp, and the chicken was juicy and well-cooked. Nothing was skimped, as it was a hefty burrito that felt worth the price.
Overall, this location delivers exactly what you want from Chipotle with fresh ingredients, solid portions along with an inviting atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I’m in the WPB area!“
