Crumbl offers consistently good cookies with a lot of good deals, making it a place to return to for a treat or a social gathering. The location is great, though a little sterile. The Dubai brownie was absolutely exquisite, exceeding expectations with every rich, indulgent bite; many hope it is brought back soon, as it was the best tasted yet. The mini cinnabar was a favorite. Other cookies like the Kentucky butter cake were astoundingly moist, and the NY cheesecake was delicious. However, some cookies like the chocolate chip, blueberry cheesecake, and pink sugar were slightly undercooked, and the strawberry cheesecake frosting was way too sweet. The peanut butter blossom would have been better if not rolled in white sugar. Workers are always welcoming and helpful, and staff are friendly, though some reviews mention rude employees and poor customer service. Delivery is a preferred ordering method due to these issues.
