Nicaraguan-style fried food Reviews
Im so happy that everything taste like the actual nicaragüense sazón! Don’t got to drive to Miami no more so happy I got one so close by!
Best carne asada I ever had! Being in west palm there isn’t much options so we when this place opened we had to try it. 10/10 the only place I will be going to from now on for carne asada it was fresh , tender and flavorful. The rice and beans are well flavored and the cheese and plantain!! 10/10 ! IF YOU WANT NICARAGUAN FOOD COME HERE!!! 😛☺️

Fritanga Sazón del Nica in West Palm Beach serves authentic Nicaraguan food. The carne asada is fresh, tender, and flavorful. The gallo pinto, rice and beans, and fried cheese are well flavored. The cheese and plantain and sweet plantains are also favorites. The tajadas, quesillo, and nacatamales are done right, with the nacatamales packed with pork meat and the right touch of naranja agria. The quesillo comes with onion and cream, and the cacao is to die for. The customer service is exceptional, welcoming, and attentive, making guests feel right at home. The food is prepared with care using quality ingredients, and every bite is packed with authentic flavor. The flavors are rich, traditional, and taste like a family kitchen. Good food takes time here, as it is prepared with intention, not rushed. This locally owned spot stands above the rest for quality, consistency, and heart. For authentic Nicaraguan food in South Florida, this is the place to visit.
