A beautiful place.
It was amazing
Always love coming to Sunset Lounge…. However, during the Jam Session, sitting upstairs directly across from the band, you could hear the music great!! BUTttttt …… the AC had a loud high pitch hum, so you couldn’t hear anyone speak, even with microphones- not sure if a speaker issue, or AC issue, but was frustrating to not hear the musicians when they spoke!! Will come again, but NOT sit at same table!! Also- before the show even started, toilet paper empty in some stalls...read full review

Guests can enjoy cocktails at the downstairs bar and a delicious buffet meal catered by Sandy James during special events. Valet parking is available for a small fee, and the venue is known for its friendly staff. The venue hosts events like Soul in the City, which celebrate local talent and bring together the community.
However, some issues have been noted, such as loud AC hums and a problematic speaker system during performances, which can affect the experience of hearing the musicians and speaking with others. Additionally, there have been minor inconveniences like empty toilet paper in the ladies' room before shows. Despite these glitches, visitors generally enjoy the vibrant atmosphere, great music, and the sense of revival in the neighborhood, making Sunset Lounge a promising spot for music, culture, and fun.
