He's always got time for a chat, even when the place is packed. He remembers your name, your favorite drink, and he's interested in what you think. The Heights Lounge is fantastic. The vibe is just right - I've brought a bunch of my friends there, and every single one of them likes it. It's rare to find a place like this. “The quality of Service in hospitality is almost even better than the coffee and the coffee is top tier. I am so thankful. They opened up the new location on Little Road! This staff there is absolutely incredible. Every single individual I have come encounter with have just the absolute best. Customer service. I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my 37 years of living. Better value in quality than Starbucks or Dunkin. It’s really hard to find such good quality along side, five star, hospitality, and Service. “The owner was extremely welcoming and patient with me and my daughter. The Boba tea was amazing. You wouldn't even know the shop was there unless you looked for it. Super clean and cozy on the inside. Also, the prices were super fair! I'd take a Boba tea here over Starbucks any day. We can't wait to go back and try so many of their other desserts.“

“I want to grab coffee and Cuban bread for breakfast. I'm never in that area but thought I'd check it out as I was passing through. Walking in, it felt like a cozy Cafe that I'd probably go to with my friends for coffee. The weight staff was very pleasant and quickly took my order to go. The coffee was a little weaker than the other Caribbean places I have visited. However, the Cuban bread was tasty and perfectly buttered. Overall I'd go back again.“

“My sister and I visited today 8/6. I am here from CT and they were open today so we decided to try it. The food was amazing. We had chicken salad and cucumber and cream cheese. The variety of tea was impressive and delicious and the staff was so pleasant and helpful with choices and allergies. The owner took the time to go to every table and check on our experience and thank us . I was expecting a little cozier room but the rest of the experience was so enjoyable and the food so good. Would definitely recommend to others and I will go again for sure.“

“I was in the area for an appt and found this place, I read the reviews & decided to give it a try. My little daughters I came around noonish for some late breakfast. The place had great energy from the customers that were there, you can tell they’re regulars. Service was amazing, the lady was super sweet & food was fresh and very good.

I enjoyed this nice little place, it was clean and was I ate my food with my babies I realized they were playing worship music which is 10 stars in my eyes. All the workers had a friendly smile and great energy as I go up to pay I saw little Jesus figurines by the cash register which sealed the deal. I’m excited to come back again one day when I’m in the area again.

I’m writing this review as soon as I got in my car cause I can’t forget, this place deserves 5 star.

“I just had the BEST Asiago bagel breakfast sandwich ever. The bagel itself was soft not hard and chewy and the Asiago flavor was prominent and so good! I added the hash brown like she suggested and 👌🏼. I also got their signature drink “the blend” and it was delicious“

“The mushroom rice place, vegan dumplings, and vegan lumpia are all amazing! Highly recommend. Pandan drink also good and I’m not really a drinks person. Just visiting Tampa but would have gone back more if I could, and I already went twice. My non vegan friend also really enjoyed the vegan options.“

“Breakfast was good. I ordered lunch and had a fried steak sandwich. I didn’t like the fried steak sandwich because of the mustard in it. I think the steak sandwich I am used to in Miami have mayo and the white sautéed onions are crispy but cooked, which taste different. I also ordered sweet fried plantains and they are missing the essence of a sweet fried plantains, the plantain must be ripe. So I will keep searching for a Cuban eatery here in Tampa. The seating is a little cramps but enough space to move around, chill atmosphere. Maybe missing a little Cuban music in the background.“
