“This place is a real gem! My wife and I went there on a Thursday night and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! The chef even came to the table a few times during the meal to make sure we were updated on the status of our meal. He even explained how he prepared one of our dishes. We will definitely return to this restaurant. The paella with squid ink, anchovies and chocolate tort were phenomenal!“

“Since moving here from Texas I’ve been DESPERATE to find some good mexican food, and I finally found it! We went for the late night happy hour, they had great drink specials, the bartender was friendly and the food was so amazing. The street corn and pork belly tacos were my favorites but everything I ate was just perfection. I’ll definitely be back“

“George, the beverage director, was so nice and hospitable. He created his own cocktails for me after I was a little indecisive and everything was delicious ! I got a short rib curry dish and it came right off the bone and came out exactly as described. I recommend coming if your in the mood for a yummy Asian appetizer and craft cocktail“

“Checked out this great restaurant last night. The food was magnificent. Wow!! Everything was so tasty and the flavors melded well. Please check it out. We had the Jerk Plaintain, Thai style Charred cabbage salad, which had some great tasting pork, sweet and tangy wings and the Thai style crab fried rice. Can’t wait to go back and try the snapper.“

“We had a great time trying out Casa Playa on Fort Lauderdale Beach! Just a block away from the ocean, this spot is gorgeous, with outdoor seating and open-air bar seats. The Menu is Latin fusion with a lot of Peruvian influence. The Peruvian Ceviche was spot on. The Grilled Octopus was cooked perfectly. The whole fried fish was crunchy and juicy! Hard to stop eating it. One of my favorites is the Jalea, which is deep fried seafood platter.. So Good! The cocktails and wines were also very refreshing! The Pisco Playa is their take on a Pisco sour, and it was delicious as well! This is a great spot for lunch, dinner or just a couple drinks at the bar. I recommend you stop by next time you’re on Fort Lauderdale Beach. And a special thanks to Reina, Joey and Geraldo for treating us great!“

“I'm in LOVE with MISO!! Delicious food and drink options. Ambience is perfect for date night, girl time, meetup... Parking is usually tough in this area but MISO validates. I found this hidden gem looking for a new place to host my calligraphy events and it's perfect! The owner is also the chef; so friendly and makes super unique dishes along with traditional favs. Must try!“

“We had such an awesome experience at Rooftop @1WLO. Huge thank you to Nikki Taylor, who was seriously amazing from start to finish. Even though we reached out super last minute, she somehow made everything come together perfectly. She went above and beyond coordinating the table, handled all the details, and was so supportive with all the bachelor party logistics.

Also, the ambience up there is unbeatable. The lighting, music, and views all come together to make it such a fun vibe. The drink service was fast and friendly, and every cocktail we had was on point. The staff really kept the energy going all night, and it made the whole night feel effortless.

Couldn’t have asked for a better setup/table or a better person to help make it happen. Nikki truly made the night one to remember. If you’re planning something special or just want a great spot for drinks and good energy in Fort Lauderdale, Rooftop @1WLO is the place to go.“

We were worried that the small bites on the menu were not going to satisfy our hunger, but they were more than enough, on top of being delicious. The "tuna tartare tower" is my favorite, but they have lots of other appetizers that will please a variety of tastes. The libations are excellent as well as unique. Worth a try, if just for that.I heard they had love music, but that's not what made us try the joint. However, Angels Piano and her beautiful repertoire of songs is what made us stay till closing. “We took my Mom to the Kester for her 85th Bday and she absolutely loved it. They are currently serving a limited menu as it’s quite new, but everything they did serve was outstanding!!! It’s in the newly renovated Marriott Pompano Beach and so it has a fresh clean design and indoor and outdoor seating by their beautiful updated pool area.

I asked if they have a Happy Hour and they they said they will have their new programming in the next month or so.

The staff was exceptional and really made my Mom feel special on her Bday! We already can’t wait to go back. Free Parking is included for up to 2hrs when you visit the restaurant so that was great as well.

“The food was really good, just the bone marrow with shrimp has a side that was still raw. The rest of the ood we order was amazing, we had flautas con mole and quesadillas con hongos. The drinks were great, I order the Oaxaca Extra Spicy and tasted awesome. The live music was fun and we were able to dance.“
