“Just moved to the area and have ordered 3 times in the last month! Twice delivery and picked up tonight. All orders have been filled quickly and quality great. As a vegetarian sometimes it’s hard to find good quality and variety - tofu dishes are flavorful and tofu perfectly fried and not overly breaded. The General Tao’s Tofu is my go-to and husband loves the sesame chicken and steamed dumplings.

Vegetarian options: Several tofu and vegetable options. They even made a tofu lo mein which wasn’t on the menu.“

So many options too if thats not your thing, and I mean a lot of options. Our server was funny— pretty sure he was the owner— he freaked out my mom lol. 10/10 just for that.

The one thing I didn't like was how the hot sauce worked, there was only one bottle of siracha and it rested on a table. I had to search thru a sea of people in order to use it, which is very awkward and inconvinent. I think it would be better to either buy one for each table or have the customer request it from the server.

“We had a great experience at this Chinese restaurant and tried the Dim Sum, which is served all day. The food came out hot and fresh, and everything we ordered tasted amazing.
We tried Siu Mai, Pork Ribs w Black Bean Sauce, Steamed Roast Pork Buns, Crispy Shrimp Wonton, Green Onion Pancake, Shrimp Stuffed Eggplant, Singapore Mei Fun, Egg Custards & Jasmine Green Tea.

“I was at Hai San years ago, and I loved it. I went back after all this time and still loved it. Good, old fashioned 1950s-1970s Chinese Food, made to perfection. They even have old school, White Sauce Chicken Chow Mein...if you understand that reference, then you know what to expect...great Chinese Food from a bygone era. If it weren't more than an hour's drive from my house by highway, I would take food out from Hai San on a regular basis. It was good years ago, and still is the best Chinese Food I have had in Central Florida!

My wife and I were staying at the Fairfield Inn and Suites right near Hai San and were in the mood for Chinese food, but too tired to go out to eat, so placed an order for pickup and brought it to our room.

Although we live in Maryland, we are originally from New York. And like most New Yorkers, we are snobs when it comes to pizza, bagels and Chinese food :-)

Well, Hai San passed the snob test. We thoroughly enjoyed our order of shrimp rolls, spare ribs, and Moo Shoo Pork. Also, when we told them we were bringing the food to our hotel room, they supplied us with plates, and plastic utensils.

The food was well prepared, hot, tasty and reminded me of our take-out places in New York!“

The noodles were perfectly cooked, the broth at the bottom was rich and flavorful, and the dish was absolutely loaded with plump, juicy shrimp. Everything tasted incredibly fresh, and you could tell it was made to order. The balance of flavors, texture, and generous portion of seafood made it a truly satisfying meal. I'll definitely be coming back for this again!

“Finally, I found New york style Chinese, and they have the bbq sauce. I still have to try the ribs. Nonetheless, the sauce is there. They have lunch specials Monday-Sunday till 3 pm, just like NY. There is a worker there, not sure if she is an owner or not. She told me they are from Canal St. in Manhattan. I highly recommend giving them a try. It's very well worth it. Bonus they offer fried green plantains.“

It is a wonderful Cantonese-style Chinese takeout place like you find in NYC. Fast, fresh, flavorful, and cheap. Perfect when you don't have time to cook dinner and there's always leftovers for another meal or two. So glad it's in the neighborhood!

Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options in addition to the usual meat intensive dishes. Particularly love the NYC / Detroit style Egg Foo Young with "gravy".

It had enough spice to leave a burning sensation in your lips but spicy enough to keep going for more. For getting it before they closed, the food did not drop in quality. Best Chinese I had in a while!

Kid-friendliness: Looked to see the kitchen line and a cook saw me and said hi. He was very kind and friendly. The receptionist was also kind and friendly.“

“We have been looking for a Chinese take-out restaurant that serves great tasting food and is reasonably priced. China Magic is that place. We ordered the basics of wonton soup, steamed dumplings, egg roll, spring roll, bar b q spare ribs, pork fried rice, chicken with broccoli, and pepper steak. All were pint portions and have enough for another dinner. They even gave us General Tso's chicken for free. Although it's not just around the corner, the 20 mins from my home was worth the trip.
