This franchise is approximately 5 years old and is already on it's third (at least) franchisee. The service has been a downward exponential curve.
BEWARE THE BAIT AND SWITCH!
$5 Hot and Ready for Cheese or Pepperoni has been condemned (but is still advertised) by the franchisee; you'll come in for it but you'll have to wait 15 (if you're lucky) to 20 (more likely) and not uncommonly as much as 45 mins on a busy night for a "Hot and Ready" Cheese or Pepperoni.

Need to take the hot and ready sign down. NEVER have any hot and ready. And this time sitting here 30 minutes
Great customer service! Very friendly customer service inside and they also carried my pizza out to my car since I was holding my baby. So considerate! Thank you, all!
