It's a McDonald's; you know what you're going to get with the food quality. The service, however, is top-notch. I had a hectic experience once, shared it with the manager, and was very kindly taken care of afterwards. I appreciate this location going above and beyond to make sure someone is happy.
I waited in the double line with 3 cars ahead in each line it took over 15 min to get to just pay for my order. Large orders blocked everyone rather than moving to the side to wait for the big orders. The manager needed to step in

I'm a frequent customer at this McDonald's, but unfortunately, my orders have been missing items on multiple visits. This morning, my oatmeal didn't have the apples that are usually included. While I understand they might run out occasionally, it would be appreciated if they could offer a discount when this happens, since I'm paying for the full order.very disappointed
