The girl working the window at 12:30pm is the SWEETEST! I was telling my boyfriend how cute my sticker was on my cup and she gave me a whole sheet of stickers! You made my whole day thank you SO much!! from a fellow starbucks barista :)
Janelle was very nice to us! We were on vacation in FL last week and had drinks at your location in 2198 Western Way, Winter Garden, FL 34787. I went in to order a matcha and they unfortunately were out and so i got a pink drink. i also got a sandwich and the sticker machine was broken and so it took a bit more time. for the inconvenience of not having matcha and for it taking longer i was given a free cake pop!! super grateful for the awesome customer service.
