Dutch Bros Coffee offers a mixed experience for its customers. Some visitors enjoy the friendly service and the welcoming atmosphere, with one customer praising a server named MJ and mentioning the enjoyable chia tea. Another customer appreciated the pup cup for their dog during their visit. However, there are complaints about the coffee itself, with some finding it too sweet and not up to par. Issues with ordering options and service have also been noted, leading some to feel disappointed. Despite the mixed reviews, many customers express a desire to return, highlighting the positive vibe and some standout drinks like the creed. Overall, Dutch Bros Coffee presents a blend of great service and varying drink quality.
