“I go to this Dominos almost daily for Diet Coke. It is ice cold when you get it and a 2 liter is cheaper than at grocery stores. But today I wanted pizza. I ordered a large pizza. I wanted a meat pizza and my girlfriend (she is beautiful but goes to a different school) said I could only order if it was vegetable so I added spinach to the meatza pizza.The pizza looked so delicious I had to eat a slice in the parking lot for quality control purposes. It was stunning. I immediately had to go thank the person that made the pizza. He was the GM and was very friendly. His name was Robert. I’m going eat more Dominos now. “I went to this cozy and fine place and had the fried chicken sandwich on a toasted ciabatta. It was really good. Highly recommend. There was a DJ also so we had a couple of drinks after the sandwich. Definitely comings back.Parking: For a Friday we found plenty of parking.“

“The menu is a good southern cooking-type menu with a lot of options for burgers as well. My wife and I both had burgers and although mine was definitely overcooked the flavor was great. “Been there over the years. It's a small joint run by an endearing couple (reminds me of my folks back in the day) . This place is a true Mom and Pop shop run by a couple that enjoy their Silver years just by making amazing Korean fast food ! “I have passed Hurricanes a million times but I've never stopped in. A friend suggested we have dinner there. 5 of us showed up around 6 and we were able to find a booth. A quick review of the menu and we got down to business. We ordered drinks, an appetizer and our meals. The ice tea was good. I asked for lemons and more ice which was quickly brought to the table. The fried pickles were really good. The coating was good and the dipping sauce was really yummy. I ordered the friend shrimp and my husband ordered the coconut fish tacos. We also ordered medium wings to try. All we're home runs. My shrimp were really fresh, large and the coating seemed to be their own. I got the Old Bay Kettle Chips. Now I am a Maryland girl and would say the Old Bay Kettle Chips were a big two thumbs up. I also got the cole slaw which I tried one small bite but was to full to eat. It was good, not KFC good but solid. The wings were wet, hot and really tasty. I would definitely order them again. I am disappointed I haven't gone to Hurricanes before. This is definitely a place I will put in my rotation. It's small inside but they kept the food coming at a good pace, our drinks remained full but I never felt rushed. Always, after I leave the music shop, I pop over to Friendly Confines to relax with a drink or two and a bite to eat. I've only had the wings and a few appetizers, because it's usually at a time between meals when I am there, but the quality of the food, fast and friendly service, and prices have always been great. Also, while we were eating Morgan never stopped. She cleaned chairs from legs to rails and counters and the service area. The honey biscuits were some of the best I ever tasted, moist inside crispy edges. The mac and cheese was actually not bad either. I have never had gas station chicken, I realize it's a chain, and for good reason this place is legit and I wish all gas stations carried this bird, I would be buying less gas and more chicken.
