“I love planet smoothie, first time at this location me and my friend ordered a peanut butter punch and PB blues, easily one of the worst smoothies we’ve ever had, they tasted like nothing if I had to describe it, it tasted like water and clay, I let the women working know that we did not like them and she said she could add somthing that was it, I asked if she could refund us and she said she can’t only a manger can and there’s no manager. Honestly a waste of my money and calories, even after she added somthing… disgusting and how can an employee not refund ? I’ve worked in the food industry and a simple call to the manger would suffice…*** UPDATE***The owner and manager offered to remake the smoothies for us, definitely much better this time, not sure what happened, but amazing customer service they went out of there way to make it right I appreciate it !!!“

“Ever since I’ve been to SoBol, each time I’ve went, there has ben no issues at all. The service is amazing, the staff is super friendly and they always are in a positive mood. You never have to worry about the freshness of their REAL ingredients, and the taste, SO GOOD! SoBol has never disappointed me and I don’t think it ever will. Would definitely recommend for anybody!

“Today I stopped in for some wellness shots & left with much more. First time trying the Buffalo Chickpea Salad & I ate it on my way home it looked so good-it was amazing! Then I broke into the homemade Broccoli Potato soup-yummy! Washed it all down with the watermelon Good Vibrations juice! If only we had a location in Lake Mary/Sanford, (hint hint) I would eat there multiple times per week! I just can’t say enough about this place & the owners are absolute gems!“

“First time checking the place out—loved the menu. It’s been a while since I’ve seen anything different.

I bought the Taro Latte and King Brûlée, both with oat milk and at full sweetness. Both were excellent and I totally forgot to take pics since I had to drive but this was worth it.

Service was good too and at the time I went, it was pretty quiet. Looks like the perfect place to study and work.

“I visit the Heathrow location almost every day. My experience is usually good. Today, however, was not so good: the floor was dirty, the tables were not clean, my wife's coffee order was forgotten, no napkins were provided with the order, and no napkins were in the napkin holders on the counter. When I brought the dirty floor to the attention of the person who took my order, he showed no concern. An additional staff member entered the shop and observed the dirty floor and tables, but no one seemed to think it was their responsibility to take action. I'm not sure if a manager was on duty. After my wife and I finished our meal (20 minutes), still no floor or table cleanup took place. I wanted to share this as I love this business and would not want new customers to lose the opportunity to love it if this may have been their first experience. I tried to reach out via the Contact Us form on your website, but it does not allow a comment to be submitted. I continue to be a huge fan of CFS and will see you tomorrow.“

I rushed in today to order my boyfriend and I’s smoothies because I wanted to pay- and there was a line, which happens, so they were like it’s gonna be a bit of a wait. And I was like yeah of course take your time, but low and behold they got to me so quickly. And I think they sensed my urgency because the two boys were like what’s up? and I was like can I pay before you make my order because I wanted to pay before my boyfriends gets in here.
