Dunkin' Donuts in Zephyrhills

“Updated july 19 2025 soo much better they have a whole new crew and the last couple times ive gone through the drive through everyone was very friendly. I dont even try to order my coffee the way I used to because no matter what ALL dunkin donuts give me a hard time about it. But atleast the crew here is much more pleasant now.

This is the most ridiculous Dunkin donuts! I go through dd's all over Florida and order the same vanilla iced machiatto made with cream instead of milk. Simple. But I have never had a DD employee tell me that they aren't aloud to do this and threaten to call the manager to make sure they are aloud to put cream instead of milk. She was an extremely rude woman and this is the worst Dunkin donuts.“

“So I went to this Dunkin’ Donuts and I ordered food and I end up getting a piece of black hair inside my everything bagel but what makes this a five star review is because the manager Ariana she was very nice very respectful. What a manager should be like and she helped me through this process And she wasn’t even clocked in yet and she clocked herself in and helped me through it. I go to this one a lot so it’s usually great but I think they do have a worker that is lazy who’s hair I think it is. anyways that’s my review. 😎“
