“The first mobile order I placed today went to some random location in Michigan. So when the order was ready and I showed up and I had no food I was curious as to why. Apparently my location services was acting weird or Taco Bell didn't know where I was.I ordered the taco sampler box that was $5. Upgraded to my drink to a large. The cantina chicken taco was really good. And, the Doritos locos tacos are always great!“

“I can’t give it a bad rating but I did have a bad experience. Went through the drive through today at 2:30 and the restaurant didn’t seem busy. I ordered 3 meals l, one with chicken fries and 2 large onion rings. ALL of my food was accounted for and fresh but I had asked for BBQ sauce and Zesty which was forgotten. No biggie, I parked/went inside to ask for the sauces and the young man (manager?) told me that they charge for sauces. He was smirking so I thought he was kidding around and I said “you’re playing right” and he said I he sauce was for chicken nuggets only. I explained that I had just came from the drive through and what I had purchased but this was so annoying and honestly made me not want to go back. I’m not a huge fan of fast food anyway so when I get it, it’s for the urgency, therefore the encounter today was frustrating.“

“I paid for four wristbands for free Frosty’s. The cashier could not find the wristbands so I told her I would go shopping at Walmart and come back and pick them up at that point. I have waited about 15 minutes for her to find them. Went to Walmart came back. She did not acknowledge that I was even standing there. She left to go on her break without saying anything I asked to talk to the manager. No one wanted to let me know who the manager was. Finally, the manager came out she had been working the drive-through. I explained the situation to her that I needed the wristbands because I had already paid for them. She said OK went back to work, and the drive-through never offered to give me my money back or the wristbands, so essentially, the money was just stole from me. I waited another 15 minutes and just ended up leaving.“

“I would recommend this KFC, but I did have a nasty experience there today for the first time. I like to order online sometimes and pick it up in the drive thru. I am disabled, and it’s extremely difficult to come inside. However, the lady working in the drive thru insisted that I have to come inside, even though my order was sitting there ready to go and there were no other cars. She was very rude about it. About the food? I live 10 minutes down the road. The fries were dry and cold, the chicken was dry and old, the Mac and cheese was barely room temperature. We were getting great food for awhile, but the last two times it’s been pretty bad, and as expensive it is, you would expect better.“
