IHOP is known for its friendly staff and welcoming atmosphere, though it has had some challenges with slow service. The restaurant serves delicious meals like the 55+ Breakfast Sample, and the pancakes and waffles are popular choices for families. The staff is attentive, with recent reviews highlighting the excellent service from servers who quickly refill drinks and check on customers. Accessibility is good with parking, ramp, and accessible bathrooms. While some customers found the fruit bowl portion small for the price, the manager was proactive in offering discount coupons. Despite some issues like the Sweet Tea tasting soured and the coffee being a bit bitter, the overall dining experience remains enjoyable. The restaurant allows for large package orders and is very kid-friendly. A recent visit showcased a late-night breakfast for dinner, where the food was good, and the service was friendly, making it a great spot for family meals.
