Poor customer service!! Waited 14:35 minutes for a order inside with no one in front of us, while the shift manager filled door dash orders instead. Then didn't get 2 simple Flap Jack specials correctly!! No eggs on either order. Definitely did not receive the order correctly!! Priority should be given to the customer who comes inside to order!! I just recently ordered through the app for the Ocilla Georgia location, and a receipt was emailed to me and money has already been pulled from my account, but yet when food was to be picked up they claimed there was no order from me and no money should've been taken from my account yet when showing them the receipt they claimed that wasn't enough proof, but I have a literal receipt showing the time and date of my order and that money was taken out of my account, I just want my...read full review
