Still waiting for my food, was told 5 minutes but already been over 10....this doesn't make sense. Told me to park to wait for food, then has to come get my receipt to know what to give me...sad. Everytime I come here it is a wait....
KFC at this location in Albany, GA is alright. I had a few of the boneless nuggets that had bone in it and tasted awful. The rest of the nuggets were good though. The bone in chicken on the other hand was not good. It was very greasy and mushy in the breading. I had to take off the breading because it was so awful. The service on the other hand was great! Visited KFC on East Oglethorpe in Albany GA and had an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, a refreshing change from past visits. Ordered via the app and everything was ready on time. Got a fantastic deal - 6 piece bucket with 4 small sides and 4 biscuits for just $20! Impressed with the improved service and delicious food. No wait during lunchtime, and despite the slightly tricky parking, it was well worth it. Definitely deserving of a 5-star review!
