McDonald's in Albany

“Normally don’t do this but need to give credit where credit is due. Hands down BEST McDonalds in the Albany area. Quick service, greeted with the upmost respect, and food was HOT! Not sure where the previous bad reviews come from, maybe change in management. Even though this McDonalds much further than others to home, if I need a golden arch fix, this is the only one I will go to in town.“

“I don’t really do McDonalds as fast food messes with me, but I had just drove 4 hours and needed a quick meal. I won’t put that on these workers.

This may have been the cleanest McDonalds I have ever been in (although I did not go to the bathroom). The eating area was great and the food came out fast. They were all very nice, offered to get me condiments, and even came back a second time to offer to refill my drink. I wasn’t expecting the extra mile kindness, much less the extra mile service. I didn’t feel like I was in a fast food place at all. There were also workers sitting down either in break or getting off/on and they were properly dressed, well kept, and were kind and quiet as well. They had a steady flow of people come in while I was there and maintained the great atmosphere. If I had the time to come back, I bet you there ice cream machine wouldn’t even be down.“

“Happy Meals with adding shredded lettuce and adding tomato slices makes me happy, while others enjoy other items from McDonald's famous menu.

Parking: The parking lot is adjacent to an extremely large mall, so shopping is accessible.

Kid-friendliness: They make available creative gifts, and educational tools are great for children.“

“I'm here to leave a good review, because the guys who helped me on the night shift on 10/26 were really nice. The place was very clean, which is usually hard to keep in this chain. So far from my house I ask for good service and good cleaning in the surroundings.“

“My mother decided that she wanted McDonald's tonight. Whatever, the Queen wants she gets. So we went to get her the 10 piece chicken nugget meal with a sprite and a 6 piece chicken nugget meal for the little one. With fries instead of apples and my daughter decided at the last minute that she wanted a fry and a drink. With all of this, the order was correct and the young ladies at the window gave great customer service. Oh and by the way they did not forget the sweet and sour sauces that we asked for and the ketchup at the end of the order. I'd definitely recommend this McDonald's.“
