Starbucks in Albany

“Stopped by for my birthday drink on the way home from a 6 hour ride. This was May 27th at 2:30. I ordered a trenta and venti of the summer berry drink. The girl who took my order didn’t tell the guy making the drinks so when I saw my target app tell me my order was a Trenta and grande I went to ask the barista (a blonde guy) he thought I did a mobile order and anyways after a bit of back n forth he realized and started making my drink. He made 2 trentas and we’re now on the way home again. Wanted to leave a review for him being nice about it. I forgot to get his name unfortunately“

“I have had a long three weeks at Pheobe and wanted a pink drink. When I received my drink it didn’t taste right. After a few minutes of looking at the menu I opted for a refund. While the barista was trying to issue my refund the manager made me a freestyle drink and let me tell you I was so much better than the pink drink! Thank you“
