“They are pretty good for a mini Starbucks. They even know me by name (probably not a good thing in my part ? ). They stay pretty busy, but still manage to get the orders out fast.
My biggest complaint is they ALWAYS run out of the Tomato Mozzarella, which they are polite about and usually ask if I want a different sandwich and they list those off. Which wouldn't be a big deal, but the tomato mozzarella is the only one with out meat... So it's fruitless for me.“

So I frequent this Starbucks and will not be returning since the barista that wears the dark red lipstick this she is such a comedian. I went in to place my order and I asked them for an iced coffee with thick cold foam. Instead of fulfilling my request she thought it was funny to walk around and show my sticker to every employee to get a laugh.she started at the drive through window and worked her way around to show each staff member. Then proceeded to not make my drink the way I requested. All she had to do is mix the cold foam for 1 minute to make it a thick consistency. I spend over $50 dollars 3-4 times a week and I’ll take an extra ten minutes and drive to st Augustine Starbucks where customer service is of the upmost. Also I’m aware I could have requested a remake but after be embarrassed and laughed at I chose not to!! Thank you for be rude lady and I hope no one treats you or your family like that when you chose to go place an order somewhere! “I got sidetracked at the grocery store and forgot that I had made a mobile order. A couple hours later, I remembered as I was passing this location. I went in to see if they still had my coffee, but it had been too long and they had to throw it away. They were very kind and remade my drink at no additional cost. It was very much appreciated for something that was my mistake.“
