“I was traveling and decided it was time for a fresh cafe latte. This store was the closest so we stopped. It was a very difficult parking lot to get into off the street. I was surprised when I walked in as the interior shopping area was empty. No coffee supplies, cups, etc. And there were no snacks, sandwiches, goodies etc. Very strange like they were maybe going to close soon. Also, they were not accepting Mobile Orders. So I walked in and was greeted by a very friendly Barista who took my order and thanked me. I got my order quickly and was on my way with my usual Carmel Latte. Still a very puzzling store.“

“Just want to take a moment to brag on the awesome staff at this Starbucks.. We were in Valdosta yesterday when the a/c went out in our truck. (The temp was 100 degrees, plus thick-enough-to-slice South GA summer humidity.) We were dying!!🥵 We had brought our own lunch to eat on the go, so we went in Starbucks the assistant manager was so kind and graciously allowed us to eat our homemade lunch in the nice cold air conditioning. He fixed the most refreshing tropical drinks for me and my Mom! Whole place was clean, welcoming, and the atmosphere was relaxing.Thanks so much again for the kindness.. we will be back!🫶🥰“

The sitting areas both inside and out, as well as the bathrooms were very, very clean. Keep up the good work.
