The food here is good and the service is fast. The only thing that threw me off was the ordering process. The line at the counter is not organized well and spills into open walking space, creating the potential for collisions.
Nice laid back atmosphere. Order first at the counter and it is delivered to your table. Bar has craft beers on draft and others are bottled. Patio has a cover and large heaters where needed. The french toast smells and tastes delicious. Get it. American burger is a good size with thick bun and pretty good. Just the right amount of greasy.

Attention to detail is why I gave a 5 star review. It was our first time ever eating at black walnut cafe. The staff showed that asking that question was not just lip service. They took CARE of us. We are not in the area very often. But if circumstances put us there we will be back. Oh yeah and the food was good too.
