It's hotel food. With that as a reference point, it's probably better than most chain hotel restaurants. With regard to trying to compare it to an independent restaurant, it just did not meet that level of expectation. High filet was ordered Medium and came out well done. A total waste of an other excellent cut of beef. Chef recooked it and it was the way it should be. Baked potato was old but we did arrive at 9:30 for a 10:00 close. We have stayed here multiple times and enjoy returning to the Alpharetta Hilton every time. The rooms are always clean, staff friendly and it is in a great location.
We did have one issue trying to get conditioner sent to our room this time. We asked three times, and another shampoo was dropped off instead. Other than that, it is a great hotel!
We had a wonderful Brunch after Easter Sunday service. The selection was amazing and the food was delicious! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Great service from the omlet team and all the other servers.
