We've been using ADP for a little over 3 months. For several weeks I've been trying to get our 3rd Qtr SUI straightened out. While waiting for ADP to understand and figure it out, our accrued late interest kept growing. I've had 3 people from ADP work on the same situation and within a few days each would send a letter of resolution. It wasn't resolved nor did they follow up or call me back as I was told. I work for ADP. It’s a good company to work for. Good pay and benefits. A very fair and inclusive company. We work hard and they do things for their people to show appreciation also. Very open company that knows their strengths and weaknesses. They strive to always improve.
