Having watched this hotel being built I was excited to be able to stay. Man has it been a roller coaster of a ride since I checked in. The hotel itself is beautiful, the rooms are very nice. My first night I noticed the AC wasn’t getting cold, I went to the front desk and advised, I was informed that they were taking this time to service the AC units and that the weather was cold enough, so there was nothing they could do for me.
