great little place with a big menu, fair prices and big portions. I had the enchiladas and they were perfectly done, probably the best I've ever had with lots of chicken stuffing and the outside fried crispy before being smothered in cheese and veggies.
This was our first time visiting Jay's Mexican Grill. Great food and service! The food was fresh. The dining area is small but clean. We were warmly greeted by a staff member who was very patient as we chose our entrees. We will definitely return.
Quick and friendly service but the quality of food not the greatest as it used to be maybe because it was near to closing. The only improvement I would suggest is to add more seasoning and make sure rice is fluffy. Some of the rice was hard.
