Jersey Mike's Subs is a restaurant known for its sandwiches, with Kevin often praised for his preparation and attentiveness to customer preferences. However, some customers have noted issues such as long wait times, confusion regarding orders, and varying condiment availability. Cleanliness has also been a concern for some, with complaints about discarded food bits on the floor. The catering service has had mixed reviews, with some experiencing delays, incorrect orders, and poor attitudes from staff. The food, particularly the Philly sandwiches, has been described as edible but overcooked and lacking in flavor. Despite these concerns, Kevin's sandwiches continue to receive positive feedback, making it a potential option for those looking for a tasty sandwich.
