“It has been a while since I was super impressed with a chain restaurant like I was at this location! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food was very fresh and delicious. The free chips and salsa were the cherry.on top. The restaurant itself was spotless.
Charlie came out to check on us and make sure everything was great, and it certainly was. We will definitely be going back while we are still in town.

“Our server was great and the food was good. Tasted like homemade tortillas. We ordered the family size fajitas and it was enough to feed five us with a lot of leftovers! The host was not super friendly and we came about 20 minutes ahead of our reservation and she said she couldn't seat us without really looking. When we came back at our time we ended up waiting another 20 minutes before finally sitting. Otherwise our main server was great and made up for the initial greet we received.“

“Today was our first time eating at Willie’s. We ate at the location on Woodward Parkway in Alpharetta, Georgia. It was very good. We both got the taco salad with ground beef and it was just it was so good. It was so very good. We both got guacamole on top of our taco salad. I wish we had gotten a separate order of guacamole because it was good. It was all very good. The managers name was Charlie. He was just a very nice man, a good manager, the people that work there seem to be very happy with their jobs, which I believe is important to the success of the restaurant. We are about 40 miles from our home so I’m not sure we will ever make it back here, but I’m going to look for a closer location because the food is just that good.“

“Stopped by for a mid week break on Taco Tuesday and ordered many of the taco options! My son loved the kale and mushroom taco! The fish taco was just right and I really liked the grilled chicken! The decor, with the License plates and lyrics to cool songs along with vintage signs, completed the experience. Fun time for the entire family!“

“This manager and staff of this location go above and beyond! I had an issue with ordering through the Chili’s app and getting it delivered. The Chili’s manager personally called DoorDash for me and got DoorDash to issue a refund and a redelivery of new food. He was very pleasant and understanding to me and apologized for the inconvenience. This issue was not Chili’s fault whatsoever but they handled it extremely professional and pleasant. “Reliably good location! I waited to review several visits at once and have been really pleased each time!The food is tasty and the folks who work the drive through are always very nice and friendly. The pico is always fresh and the chicken is juicy. Every time I have ordered sweet tea, it tastes fresh and there’s no trace of the lemon many restaurants add to disguise the taste of tea that’s been sitting too long.(Not rating atmosphere as I’m a drive through customer only.)

“Great location. The recent evening crew is a good group with great attitudes (not that this location has not had some great crews in the last five years). They food quality is always consistent and they give nice size portions without any attitude if you ask for extra. While it can get really busy at times they do a good job on keeping the tables cleaned as folks leave.“
