Chick-fil-A in Americus

“Ever since this location opened, it has been nothing but excellent service and wonderful food ❤️ being 3 months pregnant and this food being the only food baby likes, it's really fantastic that this food is always amazing ☺️ thank you to the wonderful service people who work here and provide everyone with this amazing food!!“

“I would give all five stars but this morning I ran into the first rude drive through woman that I've ever encountered at any Chick-fil-A location. I don't remember her name but instead of saying 'my pleasure' or saying anything nice at all, all I got was 'mhm' or 'yeah'. Don't get me wrong, Chick-fil-A food is amazing and I have nothing bad to say about the food and generally nothing bad to say about the service but to also completely walk off and let my food sit on the counter and having someone else instead of my server bring me my food, is a little ridiculous. I don't know if she was having a bad morning but that's still no excuse to not be professional and give the standard Chick-fil-A service. Truett Cathy would be disappointed in her behavior.“
